You guys remember Susie, right? She’s the one who brought us Driver is Single just a short while ago. We’re so happy that she decided to come back to us. Not just because she’s one hot mama, but also because we think that means she loves us. She really, really loves us. At least we hope.
You see, we’re geeks. And her site is all about women pursuing the geeks. In fact, her tag line is “Where the girls chase the geeks”. We’re thinking that maybe she’s chasing us. You know the whole beauty and the geek sort of thing?
Susie, if we’re wrong, don’t tell us any different. We want to keep the illusion going. Plus, it just seems to align perfectly with what your site is all about.
So, how do we know that we’re geeks? Well, first off, we passed the South Florida Social Geeks quiz with flying colors. Second — and this is a big second — we’re geeks. Yep, it’s that simple. If you think that you’re a geek, chances are you’re probably a geek.
Do you think that it’s just a coincidence that we continue to get asked to produce logos for things that reference geekdom? No. The answer is no people. It’s because geeks can smell their own kind from miles away. They know that we can design a geek-based logo, because we are one of them.
I’m not suggesting that Susie is a geek herself. I think (or rather, hope) that she’s a geek lover. We geeks always thought geek lovers were out there. But, how do you really know, right? It’s not like the personal ads said, Tall, dark and geeky.
Now we can know for sure. Susie’s site, Geek is Single is all about the ladies chasing after the geeks. The geek gals we like to call them. No, I just made that name up, but it seems to work.
Geek is Single is a site where geeks and nerds can post their profiles and let the ladies flock to them. I’m speaking for all geeks and nerds, when I say — finally. Oh, and one more thing, bless your heart Susie.
As I mentioned, we seem to have a geeky aurora that resonates from us, which is why we think that people like Susie come to us for geek type logos. It’s our specialty. So, we just followed our geek gene on this one. Buga buga.
