If I could only explain in more detail how fitting today’s logo is for the major change that is about to occur with IDesignYourLogo.com. Just trust me when I say that it’s perfect.

You don’t know this yet, but starting tomorrow, IDYL is going on a two week hiatus. We’ve advised those who were interested in purchasing a day, to hold off until the 1st of August. I’ll explain more in tomorrow’s post, so for today, let’s enjoy the new logo for H.E.L.P International.

Tony, Jason and I, all have a really strong belief in helping those that need help. Giving back where and when we can. Using the skills/knowledge/access that we have to help those in need. Because, it’s just the right thing to do.

A great example is the campaign that Jason Sadler has spearheaded (along with the help of many others), 1Millionshirts.org. He’s taken his business (of wearing t-shirts) and created an organization to collect 1 million t-shirts for those who need them. Could be used in disaster relief, or they could be given to a second-hand store that uses their funds to support others.

But, Jason couldn’t do this alone. He needed support. He needed support from people and organizations that could bring other skills to the table. One of those people, is our good friend Stephen Anfield. And another, is an organization called, H.E.L.P International, based out of Loveland, Colorado.

H.E.L.P. International (which stands for His Everlasting Love Prevails), is a non-profit organization that responds to major disasters as well as assists the development of depressed areas by providing medical supplies, equipment and humanitarian aid.

They also happen to be the organization that’s helping Jason and his team at 1Millionshirts.org sort the thousands of shirts that they’ve been receiving.

Of course, the least we can do, is bring the skill that we know to the table — which, I probably don’t need to tell you, is logo design. It’s an honor to be designing a logo for organization that does so much good for those in need.

If you can find the time today, be sure to visit the H.E.L.P. International website and show your support any way you can. Also, if you want to learn more about 1MillionShirts.org, here’s the link: http://1millionshirts.org
