Born with a large forehead and natural ability to develop absurd ideas, Dana Severson was immediately drawn to the advertising industry at a very early age.
Growing up, he’d often get caught sipping a three-finger apple juice (disguised as cognac), smoking candy cigarettes, dressed like his favorite superhero, David Ogilvy. Clearly, his favorite show is MadMen.
Now we find Dana in his happy place, down three-shot espressos, writing things that make very little sense to most people.
Dana has found therapy by writing for Fastcompany.com, Adage.com, TCBmag.com and of course, the lovely clients of IDesignYourLogo.com. Feel free to make him feel needed by following him on

The designer and writing critic – This guy was born to design logos. In fact, Tony, designs logos for pretty much anything he sees. Neighborhood squirrels, random strangers and the marvelous IDesignYourLogo.com folks that we call friends.
In his formidable years, Tony would often be seen running around the neighborhood in his skivvies with a branding iron, logoifying anything that was within the reach of his iron rod.
Lately, we’ve found that Tony is at his best, trapped in the IDesignYourLogo.com cellar, illuminated only by the light of his 21″ monitor. Yeah, we bring him out every now and then for a little fresh air, but we found that our clients are better off with Tony tucked away — doing what he does best.
